Prayer Wall 6/7/17

Trust in the LORD with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight…PROVERBS 3:5-6
Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the LORD your God will be with you wherever you go…JOSHUA 1:9

May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit…  ROMANS 15:13

My salvation and my honor depend on God; he is my mighty rock, my refuge…PSALM 62:7

Trust and obey, for there is no other way to be happy in Jesus but to trust and obey.

If I shut up the heavens so that there is no rain, or if I command the locust to devour the land, or if I send pestilence among My people, If my people who are called by name will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land.  II Chronicles 7:13-14

AWAKENING
Give thanks for all the Lord is AWAKENING IN YOU!! There is power in His blood and the name of Jesus Christ. May others experience the goodness of this truth and have an encounter with the Living God in this season! Pray for our local and global churches; for our pastors to stand firmly on the Word of God.

AMERICA
Pray for the leaders of our nation to stand firm on God’s Word. Give thanks we have leaders that are in the Palm of His Hand! Isaiah 41:13 May they call upon Him for wisdom.  May they give Him thanks for the peace and order that He brings.  Give thanks for God fearing men and women serving in these positions. 

PERSECUTED BELIEVERS
We lift up our brothers & sisters & those yet to come that they may know He is present in their midst and hears their prayers.  Let us pray that even in the midst of dire circumstances and even in the midst of severe threats and actions of death they will have the grace to STAND NO MATTER WHAT and not forsake Jesus Yeshua Isa – Son of the Living God.  Lift up where ISIS (or affiliate) is controlling in places like Nigeria, Middle East and Algeria, etc.

ISRAEL
Lift up Israel and individuals within the country (Jews & Arabs alike). Pray for the peace of Jerusalem. May those who love you prosper, Psalm 122:6, Pray that Israelis will move forward with the leader that the Lord appoints. May there be peace.

Published June 06, 2017 – Somalia-based terrorist group Al-Shabaab has overtaken Nigeria's Boko Haram as Africa's deadliest militant group, according to new figures from the Armed Conflict Location & Event Data Project (ACLED)…Al-Shabaab was responsible for 4,281 casualties in 2016, compared to 3,499 by Boko Haram.

Neighbors help Christians escape Filipino city under siege
Published June 06, 2017 – Philippines (MNN) — The Filipino city of Marawi is still under siege since ISIS-pledged Maute militants overtook it on May 23rd and killed several dozen civilians. The current death toll is estimated to be somewhere between 20 and 38 citizens.

Children Arrested for Going to Vacation Bible School
Published June 03, 2017 – Indian authorities detained a total of 71 children who were on their way to a Christian summer camp on May 21 and 22 in the Madhya Pradesh region. Although the children belong to Christian families, the state claims they "attempted conversion" into the faith, according to a report from the Crux.

Nearly 100 Eritrean Christians arrested for illegal church denominations 
Published May 24, 2017 – ritrea (MNN) — The country of Eritrea is the 10th harshest persecutor of Christians in the world, according to Open Doors’ World Watch List. And last month, another blow was struck on religious freedom in the country. Nearly 100 Christians were arrested as the paranoid Eritrean government cracks down on unapproved churches outside approved.
