And if Christ has not been raised, our preaching is worthless, and so is your faith. 1 Corinthians 15:14

If I shut up the heavens so that there is no rain, or if I command the locust to devour the land, or if I send pestilence among My people, If my people who are called by name will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land.  ~ II Chronicles 7:13-14 
Arise & shine; please pray for the following!

AWAKENING
Give thanks for all the Lord is AWAKENING IN YOU!! There is power in His blood and the name of Jesus Christ. May others experience the goodness of this truth and have an encounter with the Living God in this season! Pray for our local and global churches; for our pastors to stand firmly on the Word of God.

AMERICA
Pray for the leaders of our nation to stand firm on God’s Word. Give thanks we have leaders that are in the Palm of His Hand! Isaiah 41:13 May they call upon Him for wisdom.  May they give Him thanks for the peace and order that He brings.  Give thanks for God fearing men and women serving in these positions. 

PERSECUTED BELIEVERS
We lift up our brothers & sisters & those yet to come that they may know He is present in their midst and hears their prayers.  Let us pray that even in the midst of dire circumstances and even in the midst of severe threats and actions of death they will have the grace to STAND NO MATTER WHAT and not forsake Jesus Yeshua Isa – Son of the Living God.  Lift up where ISIS (or affiliate) is controlling in places like Nigeria, Middle East and Algeria, etc.

ISRAEL
Lift up Israel and individuals within the country (Jews & Arabs alike). Pray for the peace of Jerusalem. May those who love you prosper, Psalm 122:6, Pray that Israelis will move forward with the leader that the Lord appoints. May there be peace.

Nigeria: Finding Chibok Girls May Take Years, General Warns
Published April 18, 2017 – Nigeria’s defense minister has warned it may take years to find all the Chibok girls kidnapped by the militant group Boko Haram. Speaking to VOA’s Hausa service, General Manir Dan Ali said the military is searching Boko Haram’s hideouts in the Sambisa Forest, a vast area covering parts of three states in northeastern Nigeria. 

Egypt: After Attacks, Egypt’s Pope Curbs Easter Celebrations
Published April 15, 2017 – The Coptic Christian Pope Tawadros II on Friday canceled most Easter celebrations, limiting them to a simple Mass, following the recent twin attacks on churches by Islamic State militants that killed dozens of Christian worshippers. During his sermon on Good Friday, Pope Tawadros said, “Easter celebrations shouldn’t come at a time of offering condolences to our martyrs.” He said that the Easter morning reception, in which worshippers exchange greetings, would also be cancelled.

Nigeria: Southern Kaduna Crisis: 13 People Killed In Recent Attack
Published April 18, 2017 – Easter Sunday turned bloody when unknown gunmen reportedly attacked Asso community in Jema’a Local Government Area in Kaduna on Easter eve, leaving 13 Christians dead. Details of the attack remain unknown but it’s believed to be part of the Southern Kaduna violence involving the Fulani Herdsmen and local farming communities, which so far have left over 200 people dead in past attacks..
