COMMUNITIES OF THE PERMIAN BASIN
Let us PRAY for peace, comfort, wisdom and patience for the families and businesses that have been affected by the economic downturn due to low oil prices. “They will have no fear of bad news; their hearts are steadfast, trusting in the Lord.” ~ Psalm 112:7

AWAKENING
Give thanks for all the Lord is AWAKENING IN YOU!! There is power in His blood and the name of Jesus Christ. May others experience the goodness of this truth and have an encounter with the Living God in this season! Pray for our local and global churches; for our pastors to stand firmly on the Word of God.

GOVERNMENTAL LEADERS
Pray for our leaders to stand firm on God’s Word. Give thanks we have leaders that are in the Palm of His Hand! Isaiah 41:13 May they call upon Him for wisdom.  May they give Him thanks for the peace and order that He brings.  Give thanks for God fearing men and women serving in these positions. 

PERSECUTED BELIEVERS
We lift up our brothers & sisters & those yet to come that they may know He is present in their midst and hears their prayers.  Let us pray that even in the midst of dire circumstances and even in the midst of severe threats and actions of death they will have the grace to STAND NO MATTER WHAT and not forsake Jesus Yeshua Isa – Son of the Living God.  Lift up where ISIS (or affiliate) is controlling in places like Nigeria, Middle East and Algeria, etc.

ISRAEL
Lift up Israel and individuals within the country (Jews & Arabs alike). Pray for the peace of Jerusalem. May those who love you prosper, Psalm 122:6, Pray that Israelis will move forward with the leader that the Lord appoints. May there be peace.

Ringing of Church Bells Marks Freedom for Christian Iraqi Town
Published October 22, 2016 — Church bells rang out over the Christian town of Bartella, Iraq, for the first time in more than two years. Iraqi soldiers celebrated their victory over ISIS. Kurdish troops and Iraqi Special Forces killed more than 80 ISIS fighters and drove the rest from the town that's situated just nine miles from the city of Mosul. Mosul, the second largest city in Iraq, has been occupied by the jihadi army since August 2014.

Chinese Pastor Released After Serving 7-Year Prison Sentence for Protesting Church Demolition
Published October 21, 2016 — A prominent Chinese pastor has been released after more than 7 years of imprisonment, abuse, and torture in prison.  Pastor Yang was visiting her hometown to protest the demolition of a church when she and many other Christians were brutally beaten by a police raid of more than 400 officers. China strictly controls religious activity and Chinese Christians are often victims of persecution from the government.
