Arise & shine; please pray for the following!

COMMUNITIES OF THE PERMIAN BASIN
Let us PRAY for peace, comfort, wisdom and patience for the families and businesses that have been affected by the economic downturn due to low oil prices. “They will have no fear of bad news; their hearts are steadfast, trusting in the Lord.” ~ Psalm 112:7

AWAKENING
Give thanks for all the Lord is AWAKENING IN YOU!! There is power in His blood and the name of Jesus Christ. May others experience the goodness of this truth and have an encounter with the Living God in this season! Pray for our local and global churches; for our pastors to stand firmly on the Word of God.

AMERICA
Pray for the leaders of our nation to stand firm on God’s Word. Give thanks we have leaders that are in the Palm of His Hand! Isaiah 41:13 May they call upon Him for wisdom.  May they give Him thanks for the peace and order that He brings.  Give thanks for God fearing men and women serving in these positions. 

PERSECUTED BELIEVERS
We lift up our brothers & sisters & those yet to come that they may know He is present in their midst and hears their prayers.  Let us pray that even in the midst of dire circumstances and even in the midst of severe threats and actions of death they will have the grace to STAND NO MATTER WHAT and not forsake Jesus Yeshua Isa – Son of the Living God.  Lift up where ISIS (or affiliate) is controlling in places like Nigeria, Middle East and Algeria, etc.

ISRAEL
Lift up Israel and individuals within the country (Jews & Arabs alike). Pray for the peace of Jerusalem. May those who love you prosper, Psalm 122:6, Pray that Israelis will move forward with the leader that the Lord appoints. May there be peace.

UN Wants Tribunal On Human Rights Abuses In Eritrea Formed
November 07, 2016 – Eritrea, known as the "North Korea of Africa" has suffered much oppression in the hands of its government since its Independence from Ethiopia in 1991… Evangelical Christians are not authorized to congregate and worship and face harsh punishments in Eritrea. Many are in prisons in the dessert and family members do not know if they are still alive or dead. The action by the UN is a first step towards making the Eritrean government accountable for its crime against its citizens.

The Iraqi Christians who are struggling to survive amid wreckage left by Isis
Published November 07, 2016 — In the half-burned church of St Mary al-Tahira in Qaraqosh, several dozen Syriac Catholics are holding a mass in Aramaic amid the wreckage left by Isis. The upper part of the stone columns and the nave are scorched black by fire and the only artificial light comes from three or four candles flickering on an improvised altar. Isis fighters used the courtyard outside as a firing range and metal targets set at one end of it are riddled with bullets.

Nigeria schoolgirl missing from Chibok 'found with baby'
November 05, 2016 – One of the Chibok schoolgirls abducted in Nigeria has been found with a 10-month-old baby son, the military says. The girl was discovered in Pulka in northern Borno state, spokesman Sani Usman said. The announcement came nearly a month after another 21 Chibok girls were freed after negotiations with Boko Haram Islamist militants., 826 Christians were killed and 878 injured. There were 102 churches destroyed or damaged.

Muslims Burn Home Where Boys Threatened With Violence Took Refuge  
Published November 04, 2016 – (Morning Star News) – Muslims in a village in eastern Uganda on Sunday (Oct. 30) gutted the home of a Christian family for housing two boys threatened with violence for leaving Islam, sources said.
