2 CHRONICLES 7:14 If my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land.

WATCHING GOD
HEAVENLY FATHER, You are the source of all life and love. Thank You for Your love and grace that never fails us. Help us to see You for who You are and worship You for all You are!
• PSALM 59:9 You are my strength, I watch for You; You, GOD, are my fortress.
• MICAH 7:7 But as for me, I watch in hope for the LORD, I wait for God my Savior; my God will hear me.
• HABAKKUK 2:1 I will stand at my watch and station myself on the ramparts; I will look to
see what he will say to me, and what answer I am to give to this complaint.

WORLD WATCHING
BLESSED SAVIOR, LORD JESUS, help us to watch YOU work in the nations, our nation, and our local area, and thank You for ALL that You are doing around us. Help us to pay attention to what GOD is doing around us this week!
• HABAKKUK 5:5 Look at the nations and watch—and be utterly amazed. For I am going to do something in your days that you would not believe, even if you were told.
• MATTHEW 24:42 Therefore keep watch, because you do not know on what day your Lord will come.
• 1 PETER 4:7 The end of all things is near. Therefore, be alert and of sober mind so that you may pray.

ABBA, FATHER, GOD, help us to watch and pray WITH YOU and see the news and world events through Your eyes. Thank YOU for Your invitation to join You in watchful praying. Help us to see You more clearly, to know You more deeply, and to live a life that reflects Your glory. Teach us to see matters through Your perspective and pray as Your Spirit gives direction!

54 Christians Killed Following Palm Sunday Service
4/16/2025 – Nigeria (International Christian Concern) Following Palm Sunday celebrations on April 13, Islamic Fulani extremists slaughtered at least 54 Christians in the village of Zikke near Jos, Plateau state. Local leaders are calling the attack “a targeted act of genocide against the Christian community.” Eyewitnesses said the attack lasted more

3 Dead after Several Christian Children Poisoned
4/15/2025 – Pakistan (International Christian Concern) Three children have died after unknown individuals gave several children from a Christian community in the Hafizabad district of Punjab, Pakistan, poisoned “sweets” on Monday. At least five other children remain in the hospital, two of them in critical condition. The children, who range in age

Sudan war enters third year today
4/15/2025 – Sudan (Mission Network News) When the Sudanese army recaptured Khartoum last month, many hoped that Sudan’s war would end. The conflict is escalating as it enters its third year today. Pastor Killed, Church Destroyed During Myanmar Earthquake Recovery
4/14/2025 – India (International Christian Concern) The Chin Human Rights Organization (CHRO) has reported that the Tatmadaw military junta is continuing airstrikes in Chin State despite ceasefire claims from the junta to facilitate and allow for aid transport in the wake of the massive earthquake on March 28. 6 Chhattisgarh Families Evicted for Faith in Christ
4/14/2025 – India (International Christian Concern) Six Christian families were evicted from their homes in a village in the Sukma district of India’s Chhattisgarh state on April 12 for refusing to renounce their faith in Jesus. Their belongings were loaded on a tractor-trailer, taken outside the village, and thrown in a forest. PRAYERS FOR THE PERSECUTED CHURCH

• Pray for Wosene HEALING and RECOVERY through rehabilitation and pray for Getaneh.
• Pray for their PROTECTION for those arrested and in prison.
• Pray for COMFORT for those who have lost their loved ones and are suffering alone.
• Pray for renewed FAITH for those who have been displaced and have lost their church buildings, homes, or businesses.
• Pray for COURAGE, PERSEVERANCE, and MERCY for those who are persecuted.
• Pray for our persecuted brothers and sisters who are under attack. That they would know the hope God gives (Ephesians 1:18) and that the Holy Spirit will strengthen them (Ephesians 3:16)
• t is the attitude of a heart sincerely seeking Him to which God responds with a blessing (Isaiah 58, Jeremiah 14:12, and 1 Corinthians 8:8)
